This needs to match what we have for you on file. Common issues include:
- We might only have the initial for your first name on file (E.g. T Homes)
- If your surname is double barrelled, please try all variations including removing the hyphen
- If you have a double first name, please trying entering both names together as well as just the first half
Date of birth:
The way the system asks you to enter your date of birth will vary depending on the device and browser you are using. You can type your DOB in – for example if your birthday is 12th October 1991, you would need to type 1991-10-12. You’ll only need to do this once to register.
Your account reference number is six digits long and can be located on any rent or service charge statements we have sent to you. If you moved into your property before 2016 you may have a 14-digit reference number - if so please contact us for your six digit reference number to register.
